The contents of medical information on telemedicine at the Asahikawa Medical University Hospital are reported. According to purposes and uses, the teleconference system, the Well-net link system, the teleconsulting system, and tele-home-care system have been developed. The contents include basic information of patients, their vital signs data, and radiology, pathology and ophthalmology images.
